These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the golo9 platform and all its services. When you create an account on golo9 or begin using the services, you are automatically considered to have accepted these Terms.

golo9 is an online betting and casino platform committed to providing a safe and entertaining gaming experience for users in Bangladesh. These Terms may be available in English and Bengali; in the event of any conflict between the two, the Bengali version will take precedence.

2.1 Age Limit & Eligibility Requirements

2.2 Account Creation Rules

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

golo9 may request documents for identity verification at any time. The verification process may require a national ID card, passport, birth certificate, or bank statement. Failure to submit documents may result in restrictions on account activity.

3.1 Deposit Rules

The following payment methods can be used to deposit funds on golo9: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, BRAC Bank, and other major Bangladeshi banks).

• The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳200;
• Deposited funds are generally credited to your account instantly;
• The same payment method used for deposit may be required for withdrawal;
• Only use payment accounts registered in your own name.

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

The following conditions apply to withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800;
• Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 10–45 minutes;
• Withdrawals may be temporarily on hold if there are active bonus wagering requirements;
• Additional verification may be requested for unusual transactions;
• A withdrawal request may not be cancellable once submitted.

3.3 Currency & Account Balance

All transactions on golo9 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Your account balance will always be calculated based on records held on golo9's servers; in the event of any dispute, the server records will be considered final.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

First-time depositors on golo9 are eligible for a 100% welcome bonus. This bonus is offered up to a maximum of ৳20,000.

For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,000 bonus; total balance will be ৳2,000.
• Deposit ৳42,000 and the bonus is capped at ৳20,000; total balance will be ৳62,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

By accepting the welcome bonus, you must wager 25 times the bonus amount — on the bonus only, not on the deposit amount.

For example:

• ৳1,000 bonus × 25 = total ৳25,000 in bets required before withdrawal.

4.3 General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus offer has a specific expiry period; unused bonuses will be cancelled upon expiry.
• A bonus is granted to one account, one device, and one IP address only.
• golo9 reserves the right to make changes to the bonus program.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, golo9 may investigate and cancel the bonus if necessary.

5.1 VIP Tiers

golo9's VIP program has four tiers. Based on your betting activity, you can progress through the tiers step by step:

• Bronze: up to 0.4% weekly cashback;
• Silver: up to 0.8% weekly cashback;
• Gold: up to 1.1% weekly cashback;
• Platinum: up to 1.5% weekly cashback.

5.2 Cashback Rules

Cashback is credited to your account at a set time each week. Separate wagering requirements may apply to cashback. golo9 reserves the right to change VIP tiers and cashback rates.

6.1 General Betting Terms

The following rules must be followed when betting on golo9:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled;
• If a bet becomes void due to a technical error, golo9 may declare it null;
• In any dispute relating to a game or match, golo9's decision is final.

6.2 Sports Betting

Betting is available on cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments), football (FIFA and various leagues), kabaddi, and other sporting events. A bet may be considered void in the following cases:

• A match is cancelled or suspended before the scheduled time;
• Odds were set based on incorrect information;
• Evidence of match-fixing or any other irregularity is found.

6.3 Casino Games

Casino games available on golo9 are operated by third-party game providers (such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, JILI, PG Soft, Ezugi, NetEnt, and Microgaming). The outcomes of these games are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG) and are verified by golo9 or the game provider.

7.1 Strictly Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities constitute a clear violation of golo9's rules:

• Creating an account using another person's identity;
• Operating multiple accounts;

• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activity;

7.2 Account Suspension or Closure

In cases of rule violations, golo9 may take the following actions without prior notice:

• Temporary suspension or permanent closure of the account;
• Forfeiture of bonuses and associated winnings;
• The decision to return or withhold the original deposit is at golo9's discretion;
• Reporting fraudulent activity to the relevant legal authorities.

10.2 Risk of Winning and Losing

These terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Responsible Gaming Policy together constitute the entire agreement between golo9 and the user. Any prior oral or written understanding is superseded by this agreement.

12.3 Severability

If any part of these terms is found to be legally unenforceable, the remaining parts will remain fully effective. Not enforcing a particular term does not mean that term is waived.
